Was extremely impressed. Cars I used were very clean and drivers appearance was very smart and they were very friendly. First car arrived very promptly we me receiving all the car and driver details by text and a phone call upon his arrival. Second car was incredibly quick . I rang to book from outside hospital main entrance within 3mins the car had arrived super fast Would definitely use this company for any future trips

Booked a day in advance. But they Cancelled at the last minute. Complete fools. Had to find a different way home . At midnight. Bunch prats. Took me and friends nearly 2 hrs to get back. Cos they wouldn't do a 30 minute drive . Hope they go down the pan. !!!!

ETA: Pretty sure this was the owner or someone senior as they called back after I hung up and left a voicemail immediately.
I deleted the voicemail as I didn’t want to be harangued further.

Will never user Station Cars again and would never recommend anyone use either.

Called up to cancel as driver was quoted as being between 40 to 57 minutes away when booked for airport pick up. Flight details had been provided in advance and arrival time was as stated on booking.
Got automated service so used option 2 to cancel per instructions and listened for confirmation of cancellation before hanging up.
I hear nothing further (including no call from driver to say he has arrived) so assume that all is well.

2 hours later, phone is rung non stop. I answer and am berated for using the automated system to cancel rather than speaking to someone, as the driver is at the airport.
If this is the case, why am I being called over two hours after my flight’s arrival time for a telling off?!
What’s the point if having an automated cancellation system if you don’t want people to use it or if it doesn’t notify drivers/head office as supposed to?!

Incredibly rude and disappointed- not what I needed after a flight that was already delayed by 5 hours!!!

This place is an absolute joke.
No wonder they have a 3.3 rating, you deserve it. The last two reviews that has been presented definitely give off what a unorganised taxi firm this is. I called to check a cab price which I was happy to pay and then told him I needed the cab for “now” as I have an urgent appointment that I needed to attend. He then told me he would have one in ten minutes which I said yes. Now I’ve been waiting for the cab for a good 15 minutes whilst finishing off whatever needed to be done at home. How can I call the man back and he’s stated that he tried to call me. This has to be a joke because god strike me down now, I never received ONE CALL NOR TEXT to state the cab is outside. he proceeded to continuously tell me “he called me many times” also why could the man in the cab not try knocking on my door. It’s happened on many occasions and this is not UBER so I actually don’t understand and feel quiet irritated due to the level of attitude presented. I have no reason to lie but this is not the first problem as i have used this cab station unfortunately many times. but one thing for certain this will surely be the last. Not that your in need of my money anyways. Also that man who answers majority of the calls, always seems to have an attitude, I mean if your fed up of being under payed it’s ok but don’t take it out on us, we are only human.

Confirmed a return deal on two separate phonecalls. One for a quote and one to book.

Called the company to confirm my return booking and price to which they explained I had to pay £60 more than originally agreed. The man I spoke to then proceeded to shout and interrupt me, then hang up. I then called up again to cancel my booking to which the same man was very short and continued to be rude.

I have been a loyal customer for many years but will never be returning.

I've been using station cars for a while now on and off. Recently, using every Wednesday from Bush Hill Park to Stamford Hill and calling them for return pick up. So far it has been a good experience as in notified by text of location of driver and drivers being nice. I hope I don't get a bad driver, as some of the reviews have mentioned.

Always a brilliant service, hadn't used for a while but used last night. Prompt reliable and good value. I also dropped my phone in the back, fantastic response and help from the office. And yes I got my phone thanks to a later customer who found it

After waiting half an hour for my pre-booked cab (booked the day before ), I then spent the next 15 minutes on the phone in queue waiting to speak to someone, finally answered by a woman controller who didn't care? Her view was every one had to wait even citing the airport as a good example of having to wait even though I was trying to get to a restaurant? she didn't have any cabs available and it wasn't her problem? She finished by suggesting I don't use Station Cars anymore if I didn't like the service, what service? I didn't get any, too late for my restaurant reservation, thanks for nothing Station Cars
