Booked travel to airport at 3am for single female. Double checked in advance if the drivers accept card payment. She boarded the vehicle and as they were leaving he told her she needed to pay cash as the only option. She was taken off route (she needed to catch her flight!) and luckily she insisted cashpoint had to be at a service station. This is at 3am. Worth checking whether card payment works before starting your journey.

Driver asked me if I wanted to add a tip.
I said no (service is already overpriced).
He added a 12% tip anyway to the card charge. I only noticed it after I entered the terminal as I was in a hurry.

(Looks like this establishment has an arrangement with some hotels in London. Book your own cab. Don't trust the hotels.)

The taxi driver demanded a tip and then demanded cash payment. When I refused he overcharged me on my card. I paid a premium to get this taxi to the airport and then he took a tip off of me without my consent. Very bad service

Have been a client for more years than I care to remember. They have always given me excellent service. I recently needed to go to hospital appointments and they went out of their way to assist me , even on transport strike days.

Was very lucky. Arrived at Earls Court at 6am on a Sunday in August looking to get to Heathrow but a sign went up just as I arrived saying Piccadilly line was closed due to railworks. (It was a time of industrial action). I remembered walking past this place before and went around the corner to find they had one car available but no drivers. The dispatcher decided to drive me. Would have missed the flight otherwise. Reasonable price and friendly conversation.
