I would give this cab company 0 stars if I could. We organized to have a car take us and pick us back up at a wedding a little over an hour outside of London and made the arrangements 2 days before. We also called the day before to confirm they had our booking.

For the original pickup, the driver was 20 minutes late, claiming he was on our street but it took 2 calls to dispatch and the driver in order for him to arrive.

Our return was scheduled at 11pm, and at 9pm we got a call saying they were cancelling on us due to not having enough drivers. They even had the nerve to tell us they were doing us a courtesy by letting us know they were cancelling. We were left stranded with barely any notice. Considering this was a pre booked fare, days in advance, it’s unacceptable to not have allocated a driver.

Rude, incompetent, disorganized and unreliable. Avoid

We booked a taxi 2 weeks in advance for an airport collection yesterday when we arrived at the airport we couldn’t see the driver! I called the office to be told the driver had left because we didn’t reply to text messages or phone calls (which we never got I turned our phones on as soon as we landed) I told them I provided them with my flight number he said no I never. I had provided the flight number when I originally called and booked and we also gave the details to the driver when he dropped us to the airport.
Avoid this company unless you want to be stranded like we were with a baby and 2 kids late at night!

Booked a cab a day in advance to transport a few heavy items. The driver changed his mind when he arrived due to road closures at my destination that they should have checked beforehand as I took the trouble to book a day in advance. He also very rudely suggested that I take the train which was infuriating. I will not be using this cab firm again.

Thank you so much. Fab driver picked me up from Pets at Home Camden Town on Sunday and took me exactly where I needed to go. We live on our Narrowboat and had to get back with 12 boxes of Dog Food. I don't know my way around here. Brilliant Taxi Driver. Sorry I forgot your name but thank you

Cheaper than Uber, would have been nice if the driver actually got out of the car to help with the luggage.

Always provide a reliable service whenever we have called for one, their drivers are polite helpful & courteous , we have used Bee Gees for years

Highly recommend got me home safely after Archway Cars wanted to act a fool I called Bee Gee they sent car immediately the driver was lovely, car was immaculate inside and out, prompt service at a very reasonable rate best Car service in the area

Generally very good but they left us stranded at an airport in the middle of the night. The driver left because he could not wait any longer through an airport side delay. No replacement was offered.
