GM Cars - Guildford

Don't book with them,they don't show up!!! They didn't even pick up the phone. I pre book a taxi to go to the station and I just missed my train to the airport because they didn't appear, I had to find a uber last minute. Awful service!!!!

This taxi service charged £40 for a car journey of less than 5mins, around 2miles in distance. This was around 8pm on a Saturday. No warning of this excessive fair was given in advance. Will not be using this service again.

We booked a cab from Manchester to Cardiff from GM Cars Taxis, from 18th Sep to 22nd Sep 2022. Easy to contact, Easy payment process, I am happy with GM Cars Taxi services.

UNRELIABLE. Booked a taxi to the train station at 5am, as needed to get a train to the airport for an early flight. No sign of a taxi at the time I booked for, so I rang the company and they said they ‘forgot’, despite confirming the taxi with me not 2 days prior. Missed my train and my subsequent flight. Do not use this company.

Ordered a taxi to my workplace in Farnham, taxi came and had the wrong address despite me being clear on the phone. Taxi refused to drop me to my requested destination and instead agreed to bring me to the train station charging me a fare for a service I did not request and resulting in me being very late to my job in the healthcare sector.

I would highly recommend! I was a bit stranded late at night and the person opened the closed office back up and booked me a taxi which came on time and very promptly. I also forgot my receipt and they were so helpful sending another through.

I cannot thank the driver enough for taking such good care of my mum and dad tonight! My mum is disabled… so is slightly slow getting in and out of the car.. the driver was so patient and kind with her… we were lucky enough to get the same driver both for the inbound and and bound trips!
