Oh my God I go every day morning and evening and I have problems on my knees so I can't get up at the ladder so I have to use the lift and it's dirty smells really bad because people pee and as it is not washed it smells really bad.

Company were late 20 minutes for the first booking and didn’t even attend the second booking. The driver rung me and told me to Get another company. On the first journey the driver complained about driving to where we were going as it wastes his time and not cost effective. Would not use again or recommend them. Office number just kept ringing out and driver couldn’t even get hold of anyone, poor professionalism. Thank you Uber for driving us, far better than this company.
