Aerial Cars

I have been using Aerial Cars over 12 years now and have to say i am quite happy with their services. The drivers are punctual ( which is something very important for me ), they call/text and keep you informed when needed be and are pretty professional and polite. The cars are also nice, large and well maintained. For more years to come ... thanks Aerial Cars!

Disappointing service from Aerial cars, who I thought were quite good. Arranged pick up from heathrow for my dad. He got held up at immigration and came out an hour after flight landed (not outrageously long) and I was told it would be another £10 more waiting charge, which applies 45 mins after landing. The driver wasn’t even waiting in the terminal, so not sure when he arrived. There is no way you can get off the long haul flight and into a taxi within half an hour, 45 mins is cutting it fine. I said they should have told me about this charge as I would have told them to come an hour after the flight was to land. They said customers don’t need to be informed because they would already know about it. I really don’t understand how this makes sense. I said well I didn’t know about it, and he was quite rude. Unfortunately won’t be using them again.

I've been a customer for about 4 years and the last two times I used them their customer service was appaling. They are more than happy to take your money (they quoted me £55 plus parking Vs £45 in January) but that's the least of it (I can understand fuel has gone up lately so let's leave this aside). I booked a taxi to the airport on the 15th April and there was no driver outside my house at pickup time, he said he couldn't find my place (I've never had this issue when I used them before), he was rude when he called me kept saying he was outside when he wasn't and didn't even apologise when he eventually got there. I booked another taxi from them today from Gatwick back to my home and the driver tried to make me pay £13 for parking (when there was only about 20 minutes between my call and the time we met). When I asked why I should pay for an hour's parking he didn't explain, his attitude was rude. He said I could pay half the money for 30 minutes (this is the minimum) but he insisted I pay the full £13 on my card and then we would deduct it from the final bill. I didn't want to pay the full amount on my card and asked to pay half the amount with my final bill. He kept saying no and eventually I canceled the booking and made my way back to arrivals. He came behind me harassing me before I managed to get on the lift and make my way to the trains. I called the office they were also rude, said I was late for pickup (I wasn't later than about 20mins and I did explain on my call that I was waiting to collect my luggage, they had said no problem the driver was outside). They said they won't allow me to use their service again and I said I definitely won't want to. We finally agreed on something. Avoid this company at all costs!

Very efficient airport transfer. Delayed several hours on our return. Even we did not know when we would be back but Ariel Cars successfully tracked our flight and picked us up on arrival. Very impressed.

Car arrived early with a text to confirm arrival. Friendly driver. Price includes Heathrow drop off fee. Would recommend and will use again, thanks!

When i booked a cab to heathrow, I was told it would cost £50. When the cab picked me up he asked which route inwanted. I found the quickest on waze and the driver told me the faster route would cost £10 extra. Couldnt believe it.

We used to love using aerial cars, guy on the desk was very funny, always picking up knowing your name etc. we never had any issues. Last trip we've booked it looks like they have outsourced their office and the lady answering had a little idea what she was talking about but we managed to book our trip to Gatwick from base (£38 last year vs £46 now) the driver did not know the area and after driving around for 20min we were still at grand drive 🙈 on the way back sent an email to book a return trip .... Still waiting for an answer. Not sure what's changed recently but the service is now a disappointment and won't be using again

We were let down by our original taxi company as they had to cancel our airport collection due to the fuel shortage.

Luckily we called Aerial Cars on the day of our flight and were able to arrange a collection from Gatwick airport in the evening. The price was not inflated to take account of the fuel shortage and less expensive than other comparable companies.

The driver kept tabs on our flight and was there to meet us within 3 minutes of exiting customs. He had an immaculate Mercedes AMG, was polite and didn’t race back like a lunatic.

All in all very pleased.
