Watling Cars

Use to live here and use waitling car taxi and never have problems but for 2years not use them coz I don’t live near their anymore. So I call up to book for pick up at Heathrow airport I got told to call them back tomorrow at 6am to make booking again, so I call them, got tell that they don’t accept my book coz they don’t have driver. How shocking that they’re very busy lol

Local cab service and great service and excellent driver's and always on time when we have booked a cab and good value for money and driver's always very friendly

Very very poor service. Never with them again. Message said car on the way and after 1 hour still didn’t arrive. Call the company and a man on the telephone said that drive needs to used the toilet.

The Brunchery is a nice well-lit American style eatery around c-ring. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. We were hosted by Malou who was pleasant, friendly and courteous but we had to wait for the arrival of our food because the kitchen is slow

Very bad service! Was left stranded with my elderly grandmother for over an hour in the cold. Kept being told it would arrive soon instead of telling the truth. Do not recommend.

The drivers are very professional and polite .The drivers are always on time. Would recommend .

The controller was really helpful

I was told when this firm dropped me at Heathrow, not to book in advance incase of queues on my return. When I landed and phoned them, I was told in a very rude manner, I shouldn't have been told that information, and that did I realise they were based in Edgware. I told them I live locally and my family has used them whenever we needed a cab. The response I got from am incredibly rude man, was that it would take over an hour to get to the Airport and I would have to pay in advance. It was nearly midnight, and they didn't care that I was left in a very vulnerable position, with no way home, and didn't even ask if I was okay after travelling for many hours. Shocking, shocking service. Total disregard for me or my safety. Shame on you Watling Cars.
