Called on a Monday to book a cab for the approaching Saturday - they said they'd send me a confirmation. Called today (Thursday) to ask for a confirmation email/text as they never sent me one.

They got annoyed at me calling them to ask, so they cancelled my booking and told me to book somewhere else ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Booked a can to take me to the hospital this morning. Called when it was 5 minutes late, assured the cab was coming. Called back after 10 minutes to be put on hold. No answer. No cab. Got an Uber.

OWNER IS A HORRENDOUS MAN. Useless and pathetic. They don’t turn up. 20 minute delay. ‘I’m not apologising, and hangs up.’ BAN THEM.

Booked a cab for 21.30, by 22.45 it still hadn’t arrived. I spoke to someone at 22.30 who dismissively said it’d be 10 more minutes and then hung up. The firm then started to ignore my calls, as of the time of writing (22.50) I still can’t get through and have no update on the whereabouts of the car. Will not be using the company again. Very poor service.

Booked a cab to get to Tottenham Hale to get the train to Stansted and nobody showed up. When I called back (3 times!)they said that there were no divers available. It has been worrying and upsetting having to wait for a cab that never arrived and none bothered to call to let me know.

They have no customer service the young guy who picks up the phone will not send a driver for time and make me wait for 25min im calling the office no body is picking up such a big shame he is super rude I will not get a taxi from this office ever again they have made me miss my appointment many times its ridiculous!!

Booked a cab for 6 am to go to Heathrow, and specifically booked it early due to the snow / ice on the road. At 6 am I have a call to the office and they said the driver is delayed by 10 minutes; 6:10 I call again saying the driver is still not here. Shortly after I get a call from the driver saying he’s on his way around the corner and will be 10 minutes. By 6:20 still nobody and I call the office again. Finally by 6:25 the driver arrives and instead of apologising when I get in the car he immediately demands that I pay him for the trip and that he wouldn’t move the car if I didn’t pay. Reluctantly because I had to get to my flight I paid in advance. The driver then proceeded to on very icy road drive 10-15mph over the speed limit making me feel super unsafe. Overall driver was passive aggressive, rude and unsafe. Head office did not care. Safe to say I won’t be ever booking with them again and would discourage anybody to use them.

Driver showed up 35 mins late, then drove like a crazy person on the road despite me asking to go slower as I didn’t feel safe. In all of this anytime I called the number to give a feedback the person at the phone is extremely rude and dismissive. Do not book as you could lose your flight.
