Very professional service. Clean vehicle. Excellent driver. Collected on time, picked up on time and good price. Would recommend and I will use again. The event in Birmingham finished early and driver was readily contactable and came out earlier to collect us from venue which not many taxi firms would do, so big thumbs up for Lichfield Local Taxis! Used Lichfield Local Taxis for an airport run, both outbound & booked a return taxi for collection when we returned.

hi,i am not dawn but i am her husband,i am from solihull in birmingham,my car had to wait to be taxes having buying it over the weekend,so could'nt drive it to lichfield as my daily commute,i managed to get a lift to lichfield for work,my problem began in trying to get back to birmingham fom work,i rang numorous taxi companys in lichfield,i only had forty pounds in cash on me,they all(at lest 5 of them) said they wanted between fifty and sixty pounds,the rain that night was very heavy and lasted all day,i was soaked through,working on a construction site all day.then i phoned lichfield local taxis,i could'nt believe my luck,the actual manager/owner himself came out straight away and took me all the way home,i dont think he was even bothered about the taxi fare,he was just a genuine honest person who really wanted to help people,and such a nice guy to hold a conversation with all the way home, i truly wish lichfield local taxis all the best for the future,you could not find a better taxi company in lichfield,i will always use them if needed in the future.wonderful company.and thank you.chris wagstaffe.your'e the best.

Excellent service, very reliable. Although our train times changed, nothing was an issue and it was lovely to find a cab waiting for us at the end of a long journey. I will be using this company going forwards!

Definitely 5 stars for this very personal taxi service that arrived early to make sure I was on time for my hospital appointment and because I was seen quickly was able to text Ahmad to pick me up an hour earlier than I was booked for . Used them again a few days later and was out early again so texted Ahmad to collect me . This saved me from waiting around in the cold on both occasions, Lovely pleasant driver ! Great service !

Can't say enough about the wonderful service and communication we received! Communication was quick, clear and friendly and despite a long journey to Heathrow with unexpected traffic he was so friendly and helpful and just generally lovely. We are so grateful and will book again for our next Lichfield to Heathrow journey and recommend to others as well.
