Our driver David Oloyede was professional and friendly, he arrived not only on time but in advance of the scheduled time and informed me via text message as well. I would definitely using Britannia for my return journey and recommending to others.

Britannia Minicabs offer a 5 star airport transfer service at a competitive price. I have found they are very professional and efficient, maintaining communication with passengers at all times, from confirming the initial booking to calling in advance of pick up and providing receipts.
My driver Denis is always incredibly courteous and considerate, helping with luggage, providing phone chargers and making a point of checking flight arrival times. At the end of a long transfer he went out of his way to assist us with another impromptu pick up.
The car is always immaculate and the journey seamless. Denis is a font of a knowledge and the journey passes by quickly. It is always a pleasure to travel with Britannia Minicabs who offer a personalised service. I would recommend them to everyone and wouldn't use anyone else!

We recently used Britannia Minicabs to pick us up at 3am from Gidea Park to Stansted Airport.
We booked taxi a week in advance. Our driver- Michael called us one day before our transfer and reconfirmed our booking.
He arrived on time and we had very pleasant journey. The price was also quite competitive. 100% recommend.

Excellent service and unbeatable price. Denis, the driver who has taken us to and from Heathrow Airport several times is punctual, courteous and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Do not trust this company. We arranged a taxi to collect us from Heathrow Airport and when we landed the taxi driver was not there. We called him and he said he needs 1 hour to arrive!!!! Then we called the company to ask for cancellation which was not possible and they said they arranged for a different driver to come pick us up earlier - which never really happened!!! As nobody arrived earlier...They lied to us. We were calling them every 10 mins and they were saying that the driver is at the parking and coming to meet us. The truth is that they never arranged another driver but the initial one came an hour later. We asked for our money back and they never agreed. They said they will give us a discount next time which we asked it written on an email. They never did.

Booked this service online via Airport Taxi Transfers. Just been informed that this is the local service they used. Went back and forth with agent answering various questions. Night before our departure received confirmation email with ‘emergency’ number if there is a problem.

No taxi arrived! No information conveyed. Called ‘emergency’ line twice. No response. An absolute shambles causing a very stressful 30 minutes as we had a plane to catch.

If you can find an alternative taxi service to this one, I suggest you use it. You will not have peace of mind otherwise.

PS: contacted ATT twice and heard absolutely nothing. No excuse / no apology.

Buyer beware!

AVOID!!!! I tried to use this business, but they seem to think pick up times are arbitrary. When it was clear that we were going to be late for our flight we called a black cab instead. The company was extremely unprofessional, totally rude and unwilling to accept any responsibility for their lack of service. Now I need to spend time on the phone with my credit card company to stop payment for a service that I did not receive. The company seems to think that I should have to pay, despite their driver not showing up and not responding to any messages. Trust me…they are terrible. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Do not use! Dishonest, not punctual. Will never use again and recommend everyone to save their time and stay away. Uber is cheaper, more reliable, and doesn’t lie to you on arrival time over and over again. They double book drivers knowing fully well the next trip will be late.
