Charged nearly £18 for less than a 6 mile journey, absolutely extortionate and I'd avoid at all costs in the future.
In response to the owner it was a saloon car with 1 passenger going from Singleton to Kirkham at 10pm on a Thursday. The charge of £18 for that is way beyond what the journey should be.

Can't complain about the drivers.......but who decided that outsourcing their calls to Islamabad was a good idea?! The people answering the phone, who's first language isn't English, don't have a single clue about the area the company actually operates in. I can't believe that hiring a couple of local people would be more expensive than outsourcing to somewhere in Asia!

Ordered a cab from Wesham to Manchester Airport this morning. Very clean car, Brett was nice, friendly driver and considerate whenoading and unloading my case. Very happy!

Absolute disgrace of a company, can’t say a bad word about the drivers but as for the cheap overseas office they think is acceptable to use what a shambles, half of them don’t even know where you want to go as they’re half way across the world and that’s when they actually pick up the phone to you and don’t just leave you in a queue and then hang up when you get through. Won’t be using this shambles of a service ever again

Journey was cheaper than expected, driver was chatty and entertaining. Really enjoyed the journey from ribby hall to Preston. Could have been a boring journey but cab driver was excellent.

Apparently can't take a booking for 6am the following day because "they'll be too busy at that time."
Response from owner is laughable. You WEREN'T busy. You just said you would be. You basically didn't want a fare going out of Kirkham. It's a shame your drivers lost money because it's not their fault.

From my initial enquiry to being dropped off at the door, this Taxi company was polite, efficient, on time and the driver was extremely smart. Have nothing negative to say about the service I received
