I initially needed to contact them by phone, but my phone reception wasn't as great, so they were able to reach me via WhatsApp. They were very prompt with answers and we're able to pick me up within 15 minutes of the initial contact. The second time I've used their services, I made a reservation by email and their responses were quick as well. The taxi was clean with the capacity of 6 to 8 passengers, the driver was very friendly, and the drives went very smoothly.
