TERRIBLE service. Incredibly rude on ordering the cab but I let that go assuming a more professional service from their front of house staff. That was a mistake... DO NOT USE. I'm sure there are better more "professional" cab services out there.

Sat outside the wrong house. Got into the cab and thought the seat belt light was malfunctioning. Nope he didn't put his on despite me mentioning it. He then turned out of my road and onto the busy Frimley Rd and took a phone call. His phone was on the dashboard, so he had to look at to answer it and then carried on a call with a lady looking for a ride to FPH. Shocked by both of these illegal actions. Taxi number 167

Do not use this company. I booked a taxi well in advance and the taxi never showed up. Refuse to answer my calls and no information on where the taxi was.

Very punctual and friendly staff, the prices were also really reasonable. Will be using them again and will be recommending them to others.

AVOID and save your time. I would give 0 starts if I could. I booked a taxi with this company well in advance, didn't show up on the time I booked, no call or message to let me know that the driver was running late whether it was due to traffic or not. Had the audacity to ask me if I can wait half an hour when the location I’ve given clearly indicate I had to be there for an appointment. I missed the appointment because of them! Appalling service!

Booked a taxi a week in advance, it didn’t turn up !!! Called them 20 times as it left us stranded with 2 kids, no answer. AVOID this company.
