Booked trips for stanstead airport: both drivers helpful & efficient. Driver for return journey even offered to carry cases up stairs to my flat.

WORST SERVICE IN THE WHOLE WORLD!!!! My little cousin got in a cab last night 1/10/22 at 12:30am, she was so cold and asked the driver serval times to close the window and turn the heating on, the drivers comment was so stupid “do you want me to go home due to having a headache” that’s no reason to make a young girl so cold before going home and having a seizure!!!! And when we just called 2/10/22 3:27pm and spoke to the rude man he was laughing thinking he was funny!!!! Going to take legal action on this company DONT USE

Used to use this cab service as it was good service and reasonable prices however last night trying to get home, the usual ride costs between £6 & £8 and after 12am a little bit more for night rate which I don't mind paying. But when your on your own and vulnerable and they want to charge £25 ! Your joking!
I even asked if it wouldn't be cheaper as the price is ridiculous. Was just told no. That's the price. So I walked away. Had to find a new way home with night buses that don't go anywhere near where I live, then walk the rest of the way. Got in a little after 3am. Thank you for you kind service of helping me. All about making money not looking after your customers.will never use this place again! AVOID AVOID AVOID

6pm, Friday night. Both ladies in the office were frustrated as all cars busy. Basically turning work away because of 45 minute wait time, what could they do? Both women very sociable and allowed me wait in the back room till my car arrived. Thanks ladies., No thanks even when you try.

Well here I am again waiting at Heathrow in the cold at 7 am after a 22 hour flight to be picked up after they forgot to send a car and seem to think it’s ok for me to wait an hour.

I’ve only used them for airport pickup twice and both times they’ve let me down.

Just called up for a quote for two drops in north London, the woman on the phone was incredibly rude, was told they can't drive to north London , when asked why she said becuase they can't , when I asked if there was a reason as to why she then got even ruder and then hung up on me. Customer service is disgusting.

Very rude on phone and in person .. both the guy and the girl.. they should just close down if they are not ready to work..omg the worst taxi service i have ever used..

Please avoid - they do not use the M25 when dropping to airport and clearly do not feel this is important information to share before departure - terrible way to run a cab service and goes to show why so many prefer UBER etc
