Fleet Cars Rickmansworth

I've been using Fleet cars for several years and never had problems.Always the cars are very clean but the last time wasn't the same.I had booked on the 18.08.2022 everything ok, arrived on time, but the car inside was very very dirty, smelled and all seats full of stains and sticky also the dashboard full of dust...the driver told us( don't worries it is dryed, just water from kids).
I'm curious if someone checks the cars before leaving???

I have been using Fleet line for about twenty years. The service is very good. The drivers are all competent and friendly. I had an issue only once recently with q particular driver and reported and it was dealt with .

I have been a customer for many years with fleetline and the drivers have always been excellent. But more recent I am finding some of there drivers are extremely rude and aggressive. the driver I had this morning was Very rude and aggressive.
The fact that covid still exists he sneezed without covering his face and widows close.
I am disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend this drive.

Booked Fleet for both the outward and return to Heathrow T2 and both journeys were excellent. The outward journey was stress free as the car arrived in plenty of time and on the return the driver was waiting in the arrivals just as we came out. He must have had a sixth sense about the luggage timing! Not the first time I have used Fleet but the first time I have posted a review.

Very efficient service, acknowledged my booking by text immediately. Advised by text my car had arrived. All very professional. Friendly polite driver. I always use Fleet Cars. Thank you.

The driver arrived in good time to pick me up. He was a very good driver. He waited outside in his car for me when I was in the hospital, he must have been cold because the temperature had dropped

Downloaded the Fleet App and booked on there in advance. Great communication, driver arrived early and could track vehicle too. Simple, cost effective and local !!

Reliable taxi service, efficient and drivers who are polite and know exactly where to take you without needing to query the destination. Set fee taken at the start is good so you know exactly the amount being paid.
