Faisal was one of the shining lights during our stay in the Surrey Hills. He was the only car service we wanted to use due to his reliability, great customer service, and fair prices. He also offers excellent local advice on pubs, restaurants and bars which was so helpful for us as we are not from the area. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We used this company a couple of times for business and leisure and all times of the day and night. Faisal was excellent every time. Always on time and courteous, and the car was very comfortable. Would recommend.

Used for drop off and pick up for a party and I can't fault them. Clean taxi, friendly driver, nicely driven etc. It's also nice that this is such a small company with just 2 drivers

Surrey Hill Taxis is fantastic! They quite literally rescued us in the early hours of Sunday morning after we had attended a wedding. We had been left stranded by another local company that we had booked in advance. It so happened that this other taxi firm cancelled on other family members too, and Surrey Hill Taxis took them home first and then came back to collect us. I can’t thank you enough for coming back out to help us when you should have finished your shift. You were our knight in shining armour that evening, and we were so very thankful that we could get home to our children! Thank you!

Very very expensive incomparable to the other company , beside that he is using toilet and patrolling his car too . Expecting tip as well . Never recommend it

I've used Surrey Hills Taxis several times this week with no issues. Not only have I experienced a friendly, comfortable safe experience being a woman, but they were also happy enough to help with the transportation of my 3 cats and all of their belongings. On pick up and arrival at my destination they also helped with unpacking their stuff as well as my own. I would definitely recommend them to any of my local friends and will definitely be using Them again myself in the near future. Thank you Surrey Hill Taxis for being so accommodating to my needs this week.
