Bromsgrove Taxis - D Line

In response to advanced bookings for several taxis to take quests to and from a wedding reception, the service was excellent. The drivers were prompt, totally reliable and very pleasant. They were flexible to quests’ requests to amend the bookings towards the end of the reception.I have no hesitation in recommending D Line Taxis.

rude, arrogant, was speeding with a five month old baby in the car and was on the phone… felt uncomfortable and was frightened especially when he took the Corners at 70mph disgraceful especially when I rang to make the complaint I was told do you want me to spell it out for you…. Never using this taxi company again

Fantastic service and rates. We booked for a long journey with many drops for a Christmas party. The communucation and service was fantastic. Bromsgrove Taxi's D Line are now our 'go to' taxi firm.

Asked this taxi firm to pick up my 16 year old granddaughter at 10.15pm and bring her home. An hour later, no taxi... Was told it'd be another 15-20 minutes, but no, still no taxi... phoned again only to be told there were no drivers... Got a better taxi firm in 10 minutes flat, no problem. And they turned up!

Taxi ordered for midnight, we walked out of the venue at 00:03 after a friends wedding, the driver drove off as we walked towards him and looked at us, absolutely terrible service and will never use them again. Much better services available in the local area. Avoid.

I was running late for a COVID vaccine appointment and called D Line Bromsgrove Taxis who attended in five minutes of me making my call. The taxi was a Mercedes Saloon in pristine condition and top range. The driver was very professional and friendly who’s name was Ali. Although a short journey on this occasion on numerous other occasions I experienced the same service. Totally recommend this Company.
