Always excellent. Great cars and friendly drivers. Efficient driving at sensible prices. They regularly drive me to Gatwick airport in the very early morning and have never messed up a booking. My go-to taxi service.

Station Cars Oxted done me a solid and managed to get me out of a spot of bother on my wedding night at the last minute, so cannot recommend them enough for their logistic skills and customer service.

Terrible service received - booked a taxi to get to the station, on booking explaining I had a taxi to catch. Taxi was 5 minutes late so I called and quite frankly spoke to the rudest controller I have ever come across. Customer service shocking !!!’I don’t know where your driver is ‘ - the app will tell you. The App links to the driver sat outside their offices. When I mentioned I had a train to catch he said he was not a mind reader. No apologies, no alternatives just plain rude

Unfortunately I didn't get the driver's name. But however drove me from the service station back to Bracknell journey ending around 10pm, great service!! Definitely 5 stars.

On Friday night, I secured a booking to Limpsfield Chart with the controller at the station kiosk and got into the Blue Toyota outside as instructed. The driver had already accepted another customer so we agreed to share. The other lady got out halfway along the route and paid cash for her share. Then the driver started complaining to me that I hadn't got cash and he couldn't get a signal on the Chart to take a card payment. At no time was this mentioned by the controller or driver at the start of the ride.
He proceeded to drop me in Ridlands Lane car park saying he couldn't get a signal so the lift was free but I needed to get out. I suggested taking me to the pub where he could tap into the WiFi but he refused. He was very rude.
I was left to walk home at night in the pitch black with no pavements which was extremely dangerous.
Please do not use this driver at night... if at all!

Very disgustingly over priced for a journey from oxted to The Peacock Inn in felbridge wanted £33!!! Just coz England was playing football?? Never ever quoted that price before!! Shame on them. Will never call them again.
