Great people! I have left my phone in a car and I got it back the next day! So helpful, professional and simply nice people! Thank you to the driver but also to a customer - a lady, who have noticed the phone and gave it to the driver. I am most grateful. The best choice of taxi company with their customer service!

I travel to London weekly and have used multiple minicab services and by far Exclusive Cars is the best service I've used. From their online web reservation process to pickup, they have been very reliable and friendly. Key to me is reliability to be at the pick up location on-time and ready to go and they are the only service I've found to work at making sure that happens.

When my husband called for a car hire request he explained that our party of 6 had a bus tour which was departing at 7:30AM the next morning. The dispatcher informed him our journey typically took 25 minutes but just to be safe we should allow 45 minutes to allow a 20 minute travel cushion, thus a 6:45 AM pick-up. The next morning at 6:40 AM our party received a text saying the cab was waiting. We ran down several flights of stairs only to discover the driver was not outside. Then several minutes later as we were all waiting outside in the cold, my husband received a call saying the driver would be there in about 10 minutes. By the time the driver finally arrived, his car was not ready for 6 passengers so we had to wait for him to arrange items and put the rear seats up. Then he asked where we were going which wasted more valuable time. By this time I got thoroughly frustrated as what was the point of calling ahead to communicate necessary information and our desire to arrive a bit early if the driver was going to arrive late and unprepared. The whole ride we watched the clock knowing there was a good possibility we would not arrive at the destination in time. We got to the location right at 7:30 AM and had less than a minute to orient to where we needed to be. Needless to say the bus pulled out without us on board. Our party spent £480.00 for this tour. We entrusted and paid Exclusive Car for a service they did not fulfill. AND then we had to make and pay for other complicated travel arrangements traveling via Underground, Overground and bus. We ended up arriving frazzled and late to our tour. This whole experience put a HUGE pale on what was suppose to be a special occasion for our party.

There are quite a few minicab companies where I live, but this company are my first choice. I like that they send me a text to tell me they're on their way and that the text includes the driver's car registration. I like to know I'm getting in the right car and that if I have any problems with the driver, I know exactly who it is. It makes me feel safer. This week I had to take two cats to the vet at the same time and the driver carried my cats to the door of the surgery, as I'd hurt my back and it was difficult for me. I appreciate this kind of service and I will continue to use this company for as long as their standard of service remains good.

We were very much satisfied with Exclusive Car Service service. We used them continuously since we came to Travelodge Hotel on city road, till we left the hotel after 6 days. This was last month. The cars were in great shape, looked very nice and most of all were very clean. Drivers smart and talkable, explaining for everything what we question them. Service and communication with their staff was smooth,I would like to say personaly thanks to Victor . We had 2 MPVs on the way to Heathrow and both arrived on time, which we greatly appreciated. Both drivers were very nice and courteous with careful and smooth driving. We definitely recommend them! We met with many cab taxi companies and this one is definitely the best.

Great customer service, our flight had a 2 and a half hour delay but the reservation agent and I kept in touch and the driver waited for us for an extra 30 minutes only for a small fee of £10 additional.
The car was clean and smelled lovely and we safely got back home. Would definitely recommend and will use again for sure!
