What a great service. From my initial enquiry all the way through to being dropped off. The customer service was excellent. I received a booking confirmation via email with all my information on. The price was greater than others , the car was clean and the driver was superb. Many thanks, will use you again.

Really easy to use app to order one car, wait time greatly reduced, taxis are prompt and easy to contact if there is a problem. Love being able to track the arrival. I never order a taxi any other way.
Would like to see the app be able to order multiple cars - if it does do this its not clear to me.

We ordered a 7 seater to take 5 of us to Ormond fields golf club. Started out fine, car arrives on time and got us all to our destination (although we thought £10 was a bit pricey for a 5 minute ride nothing was said). We got out and my mum spoke to the driver who said if we called the office and asked for him we would be picked up no problem, we took his name and that was that. 11pm came and we were ready to go, mum called the office and the trouble started... First they told her we hadn't ordered a taxi earlier and there was no booking on the system, when mum finally convinced them that yes we had arrived in one of their taxis and gave the name of the driver they started denying they had anyone of that name working for them. Their next claim was that he did work for them but had finished for the evening and they didn't have a 7 seater available. We then asked for two small cars to get us home and they said no they had no cars available and they can't help us. That was the end of the conversation. As it was Friday night we couldn't get another taxi and had to walk home.
To sum up; we were lied to, they had no record of our booking, they denied their driver actually worked for them, the office staff were rude and we were left to walk home late at night.

Booked a cab on the app. Booked early and all accepted for 11pm. I was waiting on my own and still no taxi 40 mins later!! I called the office and was told the taxi is just around the corner, which was a lie. 30 mins later it still wasn't there. Called again and spoke to the manager. He was rude and patronising..."it's a Saturday night darling what do you want me to do!". I asked to just be told the truth about when it was coming. Was told another 10 minutes. Still no Taxi. Walked home on my own instead. Won't ever use the again.

Absolutely fantastic service from this company, driver Malcom. Fantastic customer service. I will be using them again. The Trent Barton bus service had a crash that I was in and couldn't get another bus out to use. Fast delivery of a taxi to take us home safely.

I ordered a taxi from this service and they said they would be 10-15 minutes. I waited 2 hours and 30 minutes for the taxi to arrive after calling them 4 times. Each time I rang they said the taxi would arrive in 10-15 minutes. Really disappointing. At least when the car finally arrived the driver was really nice and understanding.

Shocking service. Had to wait more than half an hour after being told there was a driver in the area. Then the driver didn't know the area and was more interested in his telephone conversation with someone who obviously has relationship problems. Only called them as a last resort and wish I had walked now

DO NOT USE- have a fixed price up front then the driver would not let us out until we paid more. Aggressive.
