Enterprise Taxis

Easy to book and very transparent on their pricing unlike most local taxis. Very friendly driver which is always a bonus and good prices too. Will definitely use again soon

I booked a taxi through the app 24 hours in advance of the taxi I needed, to drop a friend to the train station. It didn’t arrive when it was supposed to, I called and the call handler said a taxi had been allocated but it wouldn’t arrive in time so we postponed taxi for an hour to get the next train. The next due time, no taxi or communication. I call again. Taxi assigned, but informed that it wouldn’t get to me on time to get to the station and I was advised to find an alternative. I imagine it to be a technical fault - but I won’t use this company again for a time critical lift.

Ordered a taxi on the app 2 hrs before needed,comes 1:15 and no taxi shows up and I had not been assigned a cab so called the handler and she said that my taxi driver had gone online and the next one was 10 mins away so I waited and still never turned up,then at 2:00 she managed to find a taxi!
Not reliable and would not use again !!!!!

Charged £23.00 to go 1 mile, because the computer said so 😂 Got laughed at on the phone when I complained too 🙄Never use this taxi company, they are a rip off and customer care is non existent. Will not be using again!
In response to your reply - we did not call you to come from Drayton, your driver had been sitting outside a venue for 20 minutes waiting for people who had booked and we just asked if he would be able to take us 5 minutes round the corner. Basically you have charged us for someone else letting you down.

I've had a number a bad experiences recently with taxi firms (not turning up, refusing to take a dog, or being so late that I missed trains). So you imagine how pleased I was to find a firm who are happy to take a dog at no extra charge (most Norwich firms who do take dogs charge an extra £5, rip off! ), who turned up on time and also had a really nice driver. I gave a generous tip, but also wanted to leave a good review, as this is the sort of firm I want to see they survive and thrive!

I booked a taxi some months ahead for 8 adults and luggage to get to Heathrow Airport and the same for the return journey home. I was very impressed with the administration and how they could always retrieve my booking details accurately and quickly when I was ringing to check the reservations. Today (Sunday 29th January 2023) we were picked up by Andrew who was fabulous with his communication in letting us know he had arrived well on time and where we could meet him. Nothing was too much trouble and he was brilliant in helping us with the luggage after a long haul flight. Thank you! I would highly recommend Enterprise as a Taxi Service. Five Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Driver did not show up within 30min of pre-booked time and no one picked up for 5min when calling number. Booked another taxi and then finally got a response from original driver saying they were on the way. Called driver to cancel as it was too late and they swore at us. Incredibly unprofessional.

Booked a taxi from airport at 21H45, taxi was a no show, stood in rain waiting, tried calling company with no answer. Eventually got another taxi when I got message saying driver on his way, called him to tell him we'd made other plans, he then swore at me saying I wasted his time.
