Phoned up for a taxi last Saturday afternoon to take us back to trecco bay holiday park from hi-tide pub in porthcawl, and asked if they would take a small dog was told that they had a total no dog policy within their company and then hung up
Not very professional or polite and what happened if someone with a guide dog phoned these for a taxi ???
