Really friendly staff. I have had some lovely English breakfasts and there is a good selection of cakes etc. Almost hidden at the end of a long winding road in the middle of the park. Great for a break while exploring the park or visiting the farm. Car parking is not free though. Hopefully the money goes towards the upkeep of the park. Tea room is open till 5pm in summer and I think 4pm in winter.

Very friendly and good value. A very pleasant experience as the dog was allowed inside with me when it rained. Don’t forget to pick up a loyalty card as you will want to return! Home made cakes, biscuits and scones as well as sandwiches etc. Seating available outside where there are bowls of fresh water for your four legged friends. Delightful to see the bird using the feeders. Clean loos nearby.

Half way through a great walk from Bursledon and back along the Hamble and through Manor Farm we stopped at these tea rooms for lunch. Fantastic service and great, home cooked food, such as butternut and turmeric soup followed by cucumber and asparagus cake! All very healthy and delicious 😋 Just what we needed.

A wet day at the Farm. Still having a cuppa and cake.

I approached this establishment with upmost elegance and precision and was greeted by a lovely blonde lady who asked if I wanted anything else other than my iced latte. I was unfortunately thinking about a video I saw on the hub so was unable to correctly answer this question and come out with "just the one cup for us both"

The drink and donut I eventually was persuaded to buy were fantastic and if I had more money I'd get a second of each. However, I have an appointment at an industrial estate this evening so need at least 20 quid cash.

Would come here again. Kid sat next to us was unreasonable.

Manor Farm Tea Rooms no longer exists. It is now Manor Farm Café.

Manor Farm Café is located between Manor Farm entrance and the car park. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and efficient. Food and drink on offer is good quality and priced as such. I would highly recommend the cooked breakfast. Review and photos from 08/10/22.

This place is all about the walks which are great. Cafe difficult to sum up in these covid times but the coffee was nice.

This place is great. And I think the new cafe bit, in the new Playpark area only opened today! We love Manor Farm and the play area and cafe will be awesome additions to the experience. There seemed to be a good selection of food, drink and ice creams etc. The coffee machine might need a bit of bedding in, as it didn't taste quite right today but I'll try it again next time, for sure.
