Popped in at 3 on a Saturday afternoon after seeing good reviews online. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed afternoon tea for 2. Nice and unhurried way to enjoy the afternoon. Food was fresh, tasty and well presented.

Had a lovely afternoon tea here as a birthday gift and was not disappointed! Beautiful fresh scones and delicious choices of cake with friendly, accommodating staff. Will definitely be coming back to try some more cakes! 😋

Pretty interior and nice atmosphere. Milkshakes are good. Found the food options a bit simple and not really that tasty - the side salad was dry and had no dressing, and the quiche was mostly egg with a few bits in it. Coffee was average and cakes look nice.

I had a friend visiting from Vancouver, Canada who was keen to experience English afternoon tea and scones and this little place delighted us all. The service was good and we didn't have to wait too long for a table on the day we visited. The scones were delicious and very fresh, the clotted cream and jam were just right. I was a little bit disappointed that the tea wasn't loose leaf, however, it was pleasant enough. There was a good selection of sweet treats available, I didn't look at the savoury menu items. I will definitely visit again.

The loveliest little place for afternoon tea or a quick coffee and a bite to eat. The owner is very passionate about what he does and that certainly shows in the customer service, to food/beverages and the lovely tea room itself. The sandwiches and sweet treats are stunning to look at and delicious to eat, the team are all so lovely and friendly. We're thoroughly looking forward to the reopening here so we can come and sit in again, highly recommended and family friendly.

Great little tea shop tucked away in the centre of Hedge End village, the staff are friendly and welcoming. There is outdoor seating but if you want to sit inside you really need to book. The menu is not extensive but that means it is all homemade and not taken out of a freezer. There is a variety of cakes but as it's so popular they tend to run out! I've even heard if you want a scone you need to reserve one when you book your table. Everything is clean and well-organised and we felt very comfortable there.

First time we've been here and would definitely come again, I had the vanilla and nutella cake and it was delicious, very clean and tidy, staff very polite and helpful and very covid safe. We didn't book a table, but they managed to sit us inside.
Can't wait to try another cake. 😊
