Fantastic olde worlde tea house situated at the bottom of West Linton. They do a mean Latte and the home baking is to die for. My friend had the breakfast and it looked very filling. I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

A gem of a find and well worth a visit! After riding around looking for a refreshment stop, we came across this tearoom, which is in a lovely setting: an old toll booth, right next to the park. A warm and friendly welcome awaits you by the host, where you will find homemade treats and light snacks. We were so impressed and grateful to find coeliacs were catered for too.
A big thank you from us!

Lovely wee stop in lovely wee place. The sun is shining and families are enjoying the recreation ground. 3 filled soft rolls and a toastie were delicious. A very fine flat white too-not a hint of bitterness in the roast.

We stopped in town for a gander and came upon this quaint little tea house. We had a nice tea and a couple scones. Delightful location and friendly staff.

Stopped here on the way to a walk.

Not sure if the blonde lady with glasses who served us was somewhat stressed because she was busy as she was not particularly friendly or welcoming. She was a tad impatient when we were deciding. This was a real put off.

Food was okay albeit nothing special, just pretty plain. Sorry to say all this but couldn't particularly recommend as a stop off before a walk primarily because the service was not friendly or welcoming. I went back in to use the loo said thank you and goodbye and the lady replied with just the words 'Thanks' with no goodbye whatsoever.

I can almost cope with anything except unfriendly service.

Absolutely gorgeous place. It was totally unplanned just took a detour to have coffee and reached here which was worth it. Nice and cosy place to grab a coffee and small breakfast. The owner was really sweet and welcoming , even the daily customers over there was friendly too...
