Data Network/Ethernet Cabling, CCTV Installation and Wifi Installation Bristol Communications and Electrical LTD (BCE Direct)

I had a need to instal a single Ethernet connection in a room used as an office, a quick message to BCE Direct provided a quote from which an appointment was made. On the day the engineer Mark arrived on time, an quickly assed the requirements. The work was complete quickly with cables all being timely clipped to the walls and the site left tidy. All in all an excellent service was provided, and I recommend this firm for such work.

Not a real business, sells items bought from other companies like B&Q etc and charges you a lot extra for a profit. Stops communicating to make refund/return very difficult. Please purchase from another more reputable company... you have been warned!

I can't recommend this company enough. I ordered the wrong unit. They swapped it out for the correct one very quickly. Mike then helped me set it up. Even called me over the weekend to talk me through the set up. Excellent service.

Avoid purchase from this Company!

I purchased a cable from this company only to receive a different one to what was described on the website therefore contacted the company to tell them about the problem, basically didn't want to know, but after a few more emails I was told to "Feel free to return for refund" which I then did return for my refund, I had confirmation from royal mail to say the company received and Signed for my return, but all communication from the company stopped.
Communication was good from when I first purchased from the company, but if and when you need a refund all communication stops so be very careful.

I ordered 10 of two metre android charging leads in January. I am now going to order another 10..these leads were excellent from the start and charge fast to 100%. At the price comparison with your more expensive amazon guff these are excellent value and have lasted as long if not longer, good job! Cheers....
