We've been using T2K for over 17 years. When it comes to telecoms these guys are fab! You get the best expertise and support, and they'll provide only what you need, at a very reasonable price. They are also very nice people to work with.

Been using T2K for a few years now and have always been brilliant, asked them to help fit the electrics in my new office, Paul came to quote and carried out the works for me. He was brilliant throughout, communication through the fit was 10/10. Couldn't be happier with his workmanship and how tidy he left the office after he finished. Most of all I had real issues with BT (still no internet with them) and the weekend before the office was due to open I contacted Paul with my issue and he came up with a solution for me and even though it was a Sunday he was still at the end of the phone talking me through it all and I was able to get the office open on the Monday. I can't recommend Paul and T2k enough for all their help.

The team at T2K have looked after my business telecom systems for the past 30 years. Lee has helped through upgrades from analogue to digital and I would highly recommend.

When we were looking for a new phone provider, T2K stud out from the rest. The first time we had contact from them, they sent me an email saying, “can we phone you at your convenience” Whereas everyone else phoned me and started the hard sales call. They came to see us and explained in plain English what we needed. Again, there were no pressure to sign with them.

The new system was fitted during the beginning of the lockdown. This was a god send as everyone from the office started to work from home. They took their phones home with them, all with support from T2K.

We have had excellent support from their team, who always get back to us within minutes.

T2K have provided all the advice and support we needed to install a VOIP phone system. I started using T2K after becoming dissatisfied with my previous IP-telephone provider. What a contrast! So helpful, so friendly. When you ring them, the first option is for technical support, then it's sales, and I think that says a lot about this company. They want to work with you to sort your problem out first.
