AT is an excellent therapist & lovely lady. The pressure was very firm, just as I like it. AT checked the pressure was ok & adjusted it accordingly. A blend of "East meets West", brilliant techniques. Thank you. X

Made a 10am appt with the lady over the phone. Arrived on time, actually a few mins early to find that there was no one there. Tried calling multiple times with no answer. Why make/take an appointment if you will not be open?!

Unfortunately this was, by far, my worst ever experience of “massage”. In hindsight, I should have read the warning signs: no signage, locked door, cash only requested upfront. The treatment room was clinical and unwelcoming. The massage bed was a hard narrow bed with no head rest or face cut out and only a thin towel that didn’t fully cover the plastic coating. The room was cold and the one thin towel that was put on me was small, didn’t cover me and left me shivering with cold. There was no soothing music, just the loud ticking of the wall clock. The “massage” itself was extremely hard and sore - despite me having to ask several times if the pressure could be softened a bit (after I nearly jumped off the bed in pain!). Ironically the treatment is advertised as an “aromatherapy massage… essential oils and gentle massage technique designed to induce deep feelings of relaxation” - the reality could not have been further away from this description!! The treatment was also short of the 1 hour paid for, but this turned out to be the only positive because I was desperate to leave by that point! No water was offered at the end. Utterly disappointing experience and certainly not recommended I’m afraid!

Confirmed an appointment three days ago for two people covering 2h each and no one turned up at the spa. Doors closed and phone ringing without answering, no answer to email either. Just about to leave, staff turning up but with no idea of appointments...we were able to get half the agreed time in with an hour delay...shame really, because massage was good!

Left twice during massage to answer telephone and talk to customers at the front desk. Not relaxing, very hard.
