They are so lovely and friendly in here and I can’t recommend their massages enough. The masseuse is amazing, she asks where you’d like her to focus and the pressure you’d like and really focuses in on the areas most tight. It’s also very good value for money. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good quality massage or other beauty treatments.

I had a fantastic massage this evening with Sara - I booked very last minute after a tiring week and felt amazing afterwards, got rid of a lot of tension in my back and shoulders. Pressure was just right and she checked in with me to make sure it was at the right level. 100% recommend.

Awful experience. Called a month in advance to try to confirm an appointment was told “we don’t know if we have therapists”. Called again a week later, told the same. Then I was texted the day before the proposed appointment saying “sorry we cannot find a therapist to cover and one has gone off sick”. They didn’t even have the decency to call me to tell me. I called back and then they changed their mind and told me they had in fact found someone. Wanted to charge extra additional costs for a pedicure and were rude over the phone. Then when attended for the appointment the receptionist and other staff members were sitting around twiddling their thumbs but very rudely told us they couldn’t accommodate us. Absolutely horrendous experience. We ended up walking out

My patient beautician does a fabulous job. Really great value and friendly staff.

Always go here to have my nails done or wax mostly with Panorn or Jenny. But all the staff are so friendly and offer you a hot or cold drink when you come in with a smile on their face.
Their massages are also good value and the environment makes you feel relaxed

Worse massage I’ve ever had!!!
I currently have more aches / pains and parts of my back are sore to the touch after having only a 30 mins massage here this afternoon!!
I now feel like asking for a refund from manager, when they open again tomorrow!!
I popped in as a walk-in as was walking past and seen it had reasonably high 5 * reviews. (They weren’t answering their telephone earlier, it was past their opening time of 11am).
The person who was on reception told me they could fit me in for a massage at 1pm and I could decide later which type & whether to have 30 or 45 mins massage.
When I arrived in time, told they were booked up after me so could only do 30 mins. They were quick to take the full payment from me in advance too! The person who was on reception then went onto do my massage, maybe she wasn’t fully qualified/ she didn’t have a professional tunic on like the other staff lady there?
No consultation really except to ask if I preferred soft, medium or hard pressure. Unfortunately ( I now realise ) asked for medium pressure to start with, but did say I would let her know if needed softer during the massage?
Even though I did try to tell her several times during the massage, to go softer, if didn’t feel noticeable better!
At the end before I left premises, the other staff had already taken another client in to room next door ( you can all their conversations in next room, so no privacy there!). Even over the fairly loud and not that relaxing soundtrack in therapy room.
I even asked what type of massage she had given me (so I’d know to avoid that type again) she said something to the effect that it needed to be deep as I had a lot of knots in my back.
Well I’ve got a fair few sore knots / areas now!!!
It was fairly cheap ( hence the 1 * ) and short (thank goodness they couldn’t fit me in for the 45 mins massage! I’m just so annoyed that something that was suppose to be a rare treat to myself has left me more battered and bruised up !! A hot bath would have been more relaxing.
I’m surprised they have any 5 * reviews based on my experience today.
Will save up and go to a better place next time!!

I went before the wedding. I had a pedicure, manicure, eyebrows, eyelashes, and a massage. Excellent service, great attention to detail. Relaxed atmosphere.

I booked a 1 hour deep tissue massage via Treatwell for £52. It was AMAZING! I suffer from chronic pain in my back but particularly in my upper back. Paula was my masseuse, she was very friendly, attentive to my needs and done everything in her power to get the tension out of my back. Before my massage my pain level was a 9 but after it was down to a 5 or 6. There is paid parking available on the road which is super helpful. I will definitely be returning! Book directly rather than via Treatwell or other apps, as their price for this same massage is only £47.
