Thai Therapy Massage - Vogue Aesthetic Clinic

Have been going here for over 5 years and I am a very loyal customer. I had an appointment booked for today and travelled all the way to the spa only to be told that they only accept cash payments which I was not told when I called to book the appointment and I have always paid with card before. I was not carrying a physical card so could not withdraw any cash. Instead of coming up with a solution, the receptionist was very rude and dismissive and was basically telling me to leave. Instead of being apologetic for the miscommunication, they even went as far as to accuse me of lying about not knowing they accept cash. Very disappointed with the service I received and after coming for over 5 years I will never be returning. 👍🏼

THE OPPOSITE OF RELAXING THERAPY. I have waited over one year to leave a review for this place, so know its not based on an emotional response. I would not come to this massage shop for free, better yet I would not come here if someone paid me, even say £5k. The massage was meh, the lady would not shut up. I didn't want to be her best friend, i tried to wean her off the mind numbing chat but when I went quiet she kept talking to me to get a response. The room didn't seem clean, quite unhygienic, bed/towels etc. They make you wear some dirty slippers which I had to ask to be sanitised with anti bac spray even though my own sandals were pristinely clean. IMAGINE THE AMOUNT OF DIRTY FEET THAT HAVE BEEN IN THEM....!!!! Not a pleasant ambience, dull and I could hear through the walls. The next day I didn't feel too good, my feet were in excruciating pain, a waste of £60/55. Perhaps if she had put the same energy into the massage rather than chit chatting I wouldn't be here. Thai massage therapist was very unprofessional and talking about how she is bored of her husband and wants a boyfriend for fun, which she is entitled to, she can have 5 boyfriends if she wants alongside boring old hubby, but she need not mention it to a complete stranger. It's funny though as men think Asian women are submissive lol! Good luck to all you caucasian mid life crisisers! Yes that's not a word. She gave the vibe of she would perform unsolicited acts for extra money on nasty filthy desperate seedy men. Leaving me feeling sick at the thoughts of her filthy hands and where they'd been on my pure body. I regret walking into this s h i t hole, even a year on it makes me feel repulsed at the thought of what I endured. Ladies and decent men STAY THE HECK AWAY. A year of gruelling scrubbing and ferocious showering has restored me to my former glory. Let this be a lesson that people don't forget. Ask me in ten years I'd still remember. If you are hoping to communicate in English forget about it. Apart from desperate bored of her 10 year marriage lady! Classless and tacky!!!!!

Poor Service. Unprofessional receptionist, failed to provide information about the massage they offer. Kept on insisting to book an appointment and i repeatedly asked for bit more information about the services. So rude that she disconnected the call in the end.

Someone sensible and capable should be attending the calls who can listen and explain about their services clearly.

They employ some of the best Thai masseuses. Worth the small extra they charge.

What a fantastic experience. Staff are friendly and warm, the environment is very clean, all great and I have been twice already.

Customer before me was late and so massage therapist shortened MY massage by 10 mints!! Rip off!! Loud voices heard from next rooms and reception, also music is too loud. Not relaxing

I have been using this salon for few years now,lovely,tranquil place,massage service is excellent and professional, highly recommend.

Massage is excellent as I have been there before. However when you a book a slot for a session, they don't book it in the system. And then they are surprised when you arrive, asking me whether I have a booking or not. Very disappointed with the lady at reception for failing to do the booking. No gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience either. Poor customer service from the receptionist. Massage from the ladies is excellent at least.
