I've just had two delivery drivers drop off a new goods Oak Dining Table and VERY HEAVY Double Wooden Wardrobe. The guys were a great duo, friendly & not a scratch in sight.
So happy with my dining table that took me 5 minutes to unwrap and bolt on the legs. My wardrobe is just what I was looking for and more, you can't beat the smell of real wood! I'd rather pay towards a charity, rather than a ceo run company

I have always had great response and service when donating goods to them. Yes they have to be fireproof but that is the law and as for price for onward sale, it is for charity. I recommend them as they collect and have always been in time in the Exeter branches. Well done and remember it is voluntary and a charity!

I enjoy popping in at random times and looking at the stock but I agree with others here that the clothing is overpriced/expensive!! I would have never purchased the skirt that I did if it had not been a reduced item. You will not make money this way.

Huge shop selling new and used items.
Some unusual bits dotted about the store and I also saw a stand of Calendar Club mugs.
Great cause and worth a visit especially if you need some furniture as not many charity shops sell furniture these days.

Shocking customer service from manager Steve at Sidwell street. I arranged a furniture collection three weeks ago. They were meant to be picking it up between 1-5 yesterday. I rang to check it was all booked. They said it was. Then I called to ask if they could give any idea of the time but they could not.
I waited till 4.45 but I called as they were meant to give 30m notice. The gentleman I spoke to said he would find out what was going on.
The next minute the manager was on the phone he said the drivers who had tried to call son were no longer coming.
First, why did they not say anything the three times I called? I did not have a missed call and if they had called why did they not leave a message?
I have now had to try and book with someone else.
The manager did not even say sorry he did not seem to care.
People trying to give their belongings to help with charity.
But customer service is also free so I
Will not be going to BHF again.

We have just donated quite a lot of mens clothes, glasswear etc to the Exeter shop. The gentleman who helped us could not have been more friendly or grateful for our donations. I didn’t get his name but whoever you are, you are a credit to the charity - they are very fortunate to have you!

I donated a lot of good quality items to be told. Despite phoning ahead yestetday! They dont except donations on a Sunday! I paid £1.50 for parking and struggled

with 4 heavy loads thinking I was helping raise money. I will go to the recycling centre next time

I noticed that the sofa was not in the same condition at the time I bought it from the store. Thus, I took some photographs immediately and I went to the store and spoke with the EX35 manager. I explained for her this issue, she just told me that the one who delivered the sofa is working with them from long time and they couldn't do any thing regarding that !!!!
I raised a complain and I did not get any feedback until yet.
