My wife and I have shopped here countless of times and I can only praise their customer service and their comercial acumen. Let me explain:

- Stock is replaced after a few weeks of not being sold. This keeps the store interesting and fresh. I buy a LOT of books and every trip is truly a discovery one
- The displays are usually changed/rearranged looking for the best option
- The place smells nice! It's not a common thing when talking about charity shops
- The staff are friendly. Of course, if you go on a Saturday in the middle of the morning, it will be packed and staff will be overwhelmed (don't expect them to take all the time in the world to deal with you)
- Items are fairly priced! If I go to a charity shop, I don't expect to pay a lot. They got the pricing right which for me is key and reinforces my previous point of stock constantly renewing
- Everything is clean and tidy like in a regular shop

All in all, I can only emphatically recommend this store to anyone looking to find a good bargain.

As someone who has spent hundreds in this store and have been asked in the past if there was anything outback I had my eyes on I asked a staff member to look at some items out back, only for the staff member to speak to me in the most rude and disrespectful way imaginable. A simple yes or no would do but I was made out to be a criminal for simply asking politely to look at something. Really devalues the organisation and Charity when you have what I can only describe as a Karen working for it.

Lovely store but please note they can only take donations upto 3PM Monday to Saturday 2PM Sundays, this allows them to work through as much as possible and get lots of new stock onto the shopfloor every day. Without out this shut off time in may lead to not being able to take donations on certain days. Well worth a visit 😍😍

Visited to donate today. Website does not say donating times are restricted. I walked in with several bags and 2 members of staff watched me walk all the way to back of shop, I got there and saw a sign saying donate until 3pm and queried with staff if they would accept.
The attitude on the staff was appalling asking ‘is that all’ and when I said yes she just said ‘put it in there but make sure you note the times for next time’. No thank you nothing, just rude ignorant and unhelpful.
I will not take any more donations or shop in this store in future.
