I went with my mom on 19 June 2019. And the staff on that day was extremely rude. Maybe next time if they have something bad to say about the buyers they could go inside and discussed it with each other. It is very upsetting to hear them talk like that about the buyers.

Poor collection service. Someone phoned the day before collection to try rebooking for a week later as didn't have a driver!

As a charity shop they won't always have things in the size or style that you might want but it's always been a pleasure to visit the staff are cheerful and friendly and will always try to help if they can too
