As a customer: excellent value, great choices and good product rotation.
As a volunteer (in 2011): Well-managed shop with a manageress who has great attention to detail.

Best charity shop in Wimbledon. Friendly staff, well managed and good stock turnover..as well as reasonable pricing.

We buy a lot of props/ costumes/ products from charity as well as give to Caner research over the past 8years. The shop is fantastic and company do great work.

I have personally come to the branch in Wimbledon several times and my God is the customer service one of the worst there could be.
I recently went in only to leave the place rather angry. The staff are vile and rude. The man who works there is in his own world and yells at you. I saw lady being yelled at by the “manager” a South African / Australian lady she was talking down at her because she could not speak English properly.

The lady in the shop was most probably the most vilest, unfriendliest, rudest person I have come across She clearly had racist tendencies the way she was talking to this poor lady.

I really wanted to step in and say something but it all got heated.

I don’t usually waste my time writing reviews but my god what is wrong with people. It’s a charity shop, and why can’t people be nice. Vile women makes my blood boil!

I don't usually write bad reviews but I had a very poor customer service experience today as I asked a simple question to the male staff member and was left with a very rude and unexpected reply followed by a rhetorical question. Absolutely appalling, this isn't the first time I have had this happen in that shop.

Some of the clothes prices were a bit steep for a charity shop! Dresses were mostly £7 and upward. Paperback books were mainly over £2. DVDs 2 for £1. The woman in the shop made no effort to greet me when I entered the shop.
