Very happy with this shop and staff . We have purchased many interesting items there.

I was shocked to find they sell dirty mattresses at such high prices. Then to make it worse they told me they can clean it but the price would go higher than the £240.00 asked. How do these charity shops get away with charging such crazy high prices for dirty furniture. I realize charity shops are so much more a business now and making money hand over fist for donated items.I should point out however that the staff are great and I’m sure paid well for the job they do, but I’m very sad to say the delivery drivers are the worst of the worst. I’ve bought so much stuff in the past and upon arrival have found scratches and tears in very expensive furniture. They always blame the staff in the store however. I think for the high price people pay for used items the least the store could do is employ better quality delivery staff. Just because they got the items for free to sell at high prices doesn’t mean they should treat the furniture so badly. Some of it is in amazing condition and I’m sure the new owners would want it kept that way.

Furnished half my house here, some fantastic stuff and super friendly staff. The delivery was within the time slot and they gave me 20 minutes' heads up, and the two delivery guys went above and beyond bringing my stuff in, including a piece of furniture another delivery company weren't able to! Quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Will be getting more stuff here!

Amazing staff in store- delivery drivers shocking and extremely unhelpful!
I paid for 2 sofas, they made a shabby attempt to get them in (not even an attempt) more stood and looked, said they wouldn’t fit so they would need to return them to store and said it was my fault for not measuring correctly.
After asking them to try a few ways they simply didn’t and just replied with we’ve been doing this 20 years

I asked them to leave them outside and I would then do it myself.
With help from my mother we got them both in within 30 minutes - this is real shame and their attitude was disgraceful- it instantly stops me wanting to help this charity by buying furniture I need delivering!

Asked them to collect a sofa bed. They duly arrived and said it was the wrong colour- dark terracotta/ reddish and wouldn't take it. Said it wouldn't sell. It it had had a cream cover on ideal . Charity understandably only wants items it can make money on. How frustrating as its a good sofa bed.
