My mother often goes to this branch of the BHF and she has had a great experience. The staff in this branch are always helpful, friendly and polite. She has had a much better experience in this store compared to others because of the great attitude of the staff. Thank you! It feels good to help a noble cause by making donations/purchases and this is made a lot easier to do due to the people that work here

Bought something in the shop at 10am on a Saturday, it was delivered at 1pm. Great value and staff were really friendly and helpful.

Called in to the Mitcham branch quite a few times this week
Can’t believe how friendly and helpful the staff are, bent over backwards to help sort me out.

I brought a sofa on Friday to be delivered on the Monday between 2 and 7 and 9.15 still not been delivered I rang the shop at 5.45 and they said it will with me by 8.30 sorry but I won’t be buying from them again I’ve given 1star because I had to give stars but there are not worthy of half a star at all don’t buy from them

Bought sofa and tv from Mitcham shop due to be delivered today between 2 and 7.30 to be told they are running behind and will now be delivered at 8.30 the time is now 9.05pm and still no delivery and being disable this has cause a lot of upset as got rid of old sofa this morning so nothing to sit on

Just been refused collection of our antique Welsh dresser and cabinet amongst other items because they are 'too old'. The word antique gives away their age. These could and should have been sold for hundreds of pounds. Disgraceful. Rude and lazy delivery men who should not be working for BHF.

They apparently don't want to collect furniture right now....they don't ever answer the phone and don't respond to emails. From the looks of other reviews people have witnessed them ignoring the phone in the store. Utterly useless. Go elsewhere to donate your furniture. I have donated to another BHF store with no issues in the past, so maybe it's just this store that's incompetent? Or maybe Covid is to blame...who knows

The manager of British heart foundation was very polite and made sure the delivery men collected the cabinet they came early and was very quick to remove the cabinet ..
