I paid for a corner sofa on Monday to be delivered on Tuesday between 14:00-16:00.they didn’t show up. I called the shop by 16:45 they said is going to be delivered later due to weather conditions they didn’t came. Called the shop on Wednesday they were justifing like nobody was home while we were waiting for them. They rebooked for Friday and they played same game again. No serious shop at all. Got a refund on Saturday. Waste of time, no worth to go and order.

I went into the store to buy several goods. I am always dropping off donations. But today the Asian manager 50s was so rude to me. He asked as I brought a small tea set what rubbish have i collected this time. He also told me to if I had enough money to buy something as well.

I won't be making any further do actions to this shop. I will from now be gifting princess alsace 10 doors up the road.

The prices seemed a bit to much, maybe there's a reason for it. Other than this it's very diverse in what they have to offer and well kept. The staff could smile a little and ask if they can help in anything.

It's a nice place with a good quality of things if u want to buy for a less price .
There are variety of things some are used ones n some are new. There are beds , sofa ,dinning table , drawer chest , small drawers in furniture , in electronics there are washing machine , dryers , treadmill , TV ,etc , soft toys , carpets fully new ones, n more .
It's opens at 10 am.
For parking there is treat centre car park
But we got another pay n display parking close to the shop which was of 5 min walk to the shop.
I brought one dinning table for €29 , a drawer chest€29 ,
and another drawer table for €99.
All in good condition .

They do home dilivery for your staff if u want .
But charges are applied by ur postcode .
For SL1 they charge €40.

Perfect company to work for. All managers-Ujjal, Paulina and Sharmila are amazingly/divinely perfect to the very highest degree! All the other members of staff are impeccably flawless/immaculate to the very highest degree! Extremely knowledgeable, efficient, effective, etc!

Very good store with loads of stuff stacked up neatly and well organised. Almost new stuffs arrive everyday at 2 PM. Not only used stuff they do also sell some brand new furnitures at affordable price. Staff here are very friendly and helpful.

Booked a collection online. No call/email to confirm collection, as per the email.

Called the store, firstly left a message. No reply to message.

Secondly, called over 24hrs later spoke to store. Still waiting for call back. Despite lady saying the dould in a few minutes.

Have donated to Hounslow Store before without problem. This experience lets BHF down. Especially as any money they receive, after cost deductions, are vital.

Bought some furniture and it was slightly damaged but easily fixed and the store said they would do it before we collected. Came to collect and it was not fixed plus had to wait for almost an hour for the guys to give to us and put it in the car!!! Terrible customer service and no apologie for wasting our time.
