Horrible shop manager or shop assistant...very rude and does not know the meaning of customer service. She acts like she has to be there rather than wants to be there...not a good representation for the charity. Worst I have ever come across.

Good place to pickup a bargain,shop always clean and tidy, Manageress and staff always working hard. As a Regular they would make suggestion on items you may like that has just come on to the shopfloor ..great touch
I'm a regular charity shop user and this is my favourite shop.

The manager Maria was extremely helpful and so patient with me, fantastic customer service and such a wonderful personality, will definitely be returning, merry Christmas 😍😍😍

What people must understand is yeah the staff might be rude or show no respect but it goes to a good cause and some people that work there have disabilities could be mental health issues and have a difficult time trying to communicate in a good way it's not always there fault..I been in there to donate and found one woman whom took my items show a lack of being kind she was quite miserable but maybe she has problems..I'm still donating..

Totally agree with what was previously mentioned, horrendous staff and missed opportunity right in the heart of the community.

Avoid

I found that the shopkeeper was pretty upset and rude. I did not like it and will not donate to this particular shop anymore. I will continue my donations to the Clapham Junction shop, which is good. Also the front of the shop looks terrible every morning. I mean there are better ways to do things, and to treat people who have suffered and/or care about cancer.

Horrible staff. The manager took my card out of my hand to tap it herself. No words, smiles, just gave it back silently.
To think that this is during the pandemic!

Maria she is great but the other lady who works at the til, I don't know if she is the manager she is very very very rude.The place is also more expensive compared to othe charity shops.
