It has nice stock and is well laid out but it can be a bit pricy especially when compared to Richard house which is a few minutes away.

Staff really unfriendly & i am not the only customer that feels that way. Gave a large bag of clothes some still had tags on & also a bag of photo frames, did not even get a thank you. Been going in there every day for a month to see if any of my items are put out for sale but unfortunately not one item has been 😠
Will definitely not be going or donating there again.

I understand is a charity and I greatful for it. Unfortunately they way they speak to you is horrible, if it was the first time I will let go but is mostly everytime and from almost every member of the staff.

Never met such rude unhelpful staff in any charity shop when trying to donate. Will not be coming back !

I came with two big bags of donations but the lady in the shop was so rude on taking them in. I know she is a volunteer but how she has snatched the bags from my hand and yelled at me for not leaving them at a right place have defeated a good purpose for everyone. I have made my mind of never ever take any donation to this shop.

Up until recently Myself & family boycotted using/donating to. this shop for a long while. It is local to us & all the staff bar one have been a delight, helpful appreciative friendly. Usually since its a charity we can ignore 1 hostile worker/volunteer however the sales assistant (non volunteer) seems to go out of her way to be very hostile & rude, to the point of aggression. A neighbour told me recently this particular lady has left so popped in there today. What a difference! Good stock great prices and happily a much more relaxed atmosphere. I didn't want to write a negative review of the charity, but didn't realise until today, & the calm environment in the shop, how anxious that 1 hostile person had made me. Glad peace is restored

I'm 82 years old and have volunteered at Elm Park shop for last 7 years.volunteering has been the happiest part of my life. The branch I work at has a great manager and I get on well with all other staff.
Unfortunately I have had Long COVID since last November and only have able to get in just a few times I can't wait to get back.
I miss the atmosphere and comradely of staff and customer's.
I would like to send my best wishes especially to all my customer friend's
Looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Best wishes David
