Some good items, but expensive for a charity shop. What I found ridiculous was just how rude the staff were. Absolutely awful. The manager treated me as if I was a child, tutting at me when I didn’t move my clothes from the changing room fast enough. Couldn’t believe it, won’t be buying from again.

As has been mentioned previously, incredibly rude staff. Rang up to enquire if they had an item in stock which she refused to answer and then hung up! Avoid if you can.

The manager was lovely and her team were a bit shy but quick to smile. Reading some of the reviews I think it worth pointing out that the kinder and more polite you are, the more likely you are to receive the same in return. All of the items tend to start around the £50 mark but it's a charity after all and some finds are quite special and well worth the asking price. The more 'exclusive' finds are downstairs and well worth a look. So saying, the selection, despite it being quite a sizable store for a charity shop, is not as extensive as I'd like. And, remembering that it is only a charity shop and dependent on the donations it receives, can just as easily be a miss as much as a hit. Found a lovely pair of designer linen trousers there the one time and couldn't wait to go back. However when I did, I found nothing that caught my eye that time. My mate though found an amazing designer shoe label in stock and after purchasing 2 pairs for £180 all in, found she'd saved about £500. Like all good charity shops, they need regular visits to catch that special find. You're as likely to fall in love with an item that, alas, is not in your size, as you are to find yourself walking out with an item that you had no idea until 20mins earlier that you absolutely had to have. And treat the guys that work in some of these charity shops nicely. In many instances, they are volunteering their time. Maybe not in this particular store but even so, courtesy and respect is always welcome.
