Cats Protection - Eltham, Sidcup and District Charity Shop

Four stars for the good people of eltham who do drop some lovely bits off for people to buy! Great shame about the incredibly rude and unhelpful staff!!! The lady sure wasn't very charitable!!!

Adopted 2 cats from here and they’re great. Staff are dedicated and truly love and care for cats. I make regular trips to the shop to donate my unwanted items. Recommend a rescue cat for anyone thinking of getting a cat so come here as your first port of call

Fantastic cause but some staff have no regard for patrons.

Miserable rude staff. Thanks to the lady with very short grey hair, I'll never donate to that shop again.

The worst experience of my life. So shame for having so ruthless staff who has no respect and good attitude towards customers. I am referring in particular to Miss Dorothy, she was so bad and heartless. So awful that a lovely shop which is so loved by the community has such a staff that offends customers and sends them away.

I have been using this shop, both as a donator and customer, ever since it opened and have never received anything but kindness and courtesy from staff.
