Very nice warm shop some items are a bit expensive for a charity shop

Terrible experience. I gave out a ton of my stuff, probably 3 bags full of quality clothing and sheets . Accidentally I left a few of my personal belongings (postcards and other paper souvenirs in the bag that could clearly be identified as something unusual and out of the ordinary). I called the lady just a few hours later and reported it, but she was rude over the phone and refused to look into the bags. After a lot of convincing, she said she will look at it and give me a call back the next day. I never heard from her. I understand that the stuff might have been disposed off as garbage, but why misbehave with people who are actually donating and help the cause. I am absolutely gutted.

Very disappointed. Took some very nice clothes, shoes and several Sterling Silver rings. I was told to just
Dump them on the floor by the counter & not as much as a “thank you”. Will not donate again.
