Sorry, but I do find this branch disappointing. There is so much scope for making it at least visually appealing, but standards of presentation are low. The glass cabinets (for example) are dusty and the items they contain have labels upside down, hidden, or lacking information. It doesn't take much to improve things and more appeal brings higher footfall (and thus money) - you only have to visit the new Cancer Research shop on the same High Street to see this.

A well run charity shop with good quality new and donated goods at reasonable prices. Friendly staff and volunteers. Parking to deliver donations can be tricky.

Absolutely AMAZING people working at the till, and products are of great value.
