I would of given a greater rating for the quality of items ect but due to my recent experience making a sizable donation of brand new clothing from a recently passed away family member, 15 large bags of clothing and not any help in getting items into the shop, staff more interested in discussing diets then assisting or even acknowledging me. When finally I had brought the last bag in I spoke with the gentleman behind the till and he was more interested if I was a gift aid donation, more interested in a tax rebate then thanking me for the donation or acknowledgement of my loss. Poor show!
