Absolutely shocking customer service very rude and bad mannered

Great charity shop the staff and volunteers are lovely and the music is great.

Staff always pleasant.

This is not meant to close until 5.00 I arrived at 20to and the door was locked not good

It's good that such a place is open again, safety measurements in place and a nice selection of everything including clothes and accessories plus some old stuff. Everything but vinyls. Then I saw one of the 2 lady managers walking in the spare room with the door open and literally throwing something in the containers and making a big noise.
