Oxfam Sherwood has really friendly staff who are very helpful :) It's easy to donate here (especially with the off-street parking to the rear of the shop) and I think that, in addition to helping fight poverty around the world, it's great that you can even earn 2 Nectar points per £1 of goods donated when you Gift Aid with Oxfam! There are some real treasures here - at very reasonable prices! Oxfam Sherwood is undoubtedly one of the best charity shops in Nottingham!

This is a really dynamic charity shop where the staff and volunteers are committed to serving and enabling others. There is a good selection of items and there is an effort to keep the stock refreshed.

Good in the sector

We semi regularly drop off unwanted items here, gifts that aren't 'us' or clothes in good condition. Staff are always super helpful. It's sad that quite a few people just use them as a dumping ground. The lady we saw yesterday said they waste hours sifting through rubbish which they cannot re-use or put up for sale in their shops.
What they do put out nearly always contains something I find useful, wearable or readable. Thank you Oxfam.

Prices are ridiculous. Expect you to pay £5 for clothes that have bobbles on just because they have a brand name on them.I have thrown better stuff away.They do not live in the real world otherwise they would lower there prices. 😳😳😳
