Oxfam

One of my favourite charity shops in New Malden. Lots of bargains to be had and the staff are always really cheerful and chatty. Space to move around and browse without feeling like you are suffocating under rails of clothes.

Very kind staff that helped me very well, they have amazing clothes for a small price and I would highly recommend to check it out.

I like this shop, always great prices and usually a nice experience however my most recent visit I found the blonde lady made me feel uncomfortable,she kept staring at me whilst I was browsing and was very off when I went to pay. She asked where my hanger was (in a rude acusational tone) for an apron I had found on a hook next to the brick'a'brack... So there was no hanger, it was like she thought I had stolen something... I am a mixed race woman in my late 20's and I was with my mum (a white woman) who she was fine with. not a nice vibe at all. Wasn't sure if she was racist or just rude, puts me off going back if I'm honest. I've given 2 stars... 4 for the stuff I bought and 0 for the service.

I love this charity shop.. The manager and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The shop is always tidy and clean. There is always new stock when I come in and the prices are fair.. Will done guys..
