Bobath, Crwys Road was a most amazing experience place to do some shopping. The staff are always friendly, happy, cheerful and extremely helpful. Bethan the shop Manager is extremely polite and nothing is ever to much trouble for her. Bethan must be, can only be a major asset for the company as a whole. Also there are a couple of members of staff that made me laugh and always welcome on my visit to the shop their names are Howard, Andrew and Shaz known as the three amigos lol. As a whole it is always a pleasure shopping in Bobath never a chore as they say.

Was fired from bobath with out my say on what was going on. Was told to leave and never return to any shops.I never stole from them just helped the best I can one manager of bobath came and said that I was agressive no evidence. That I smelled of canurbis thay give no evidence. Was clean comeing to work spent money out of my own pocket to help bobathwas a driver and dupty warehouse manarger. Was told volunteers were saying that I was not reliable that was a lie.got on with everyone wen as a volunteer I worked Monday to Friday from 8.00 till 5.00 give money out of my own pocket I will be seeing someone who can help me in what happened thanks

Nice friendly staff who didn't act like usual charity shop volunteers who make you feel like they are going you a favour taking your old stuff to sell. This lot were grateful and polite

I felt very welcomed when I came in amazing and cute things you can possibly get there! Very cheap I'll say though, the normal prices of the stuff they sell there are expensive but that's only by the company that made some of thr products but its better when it's cheap! Whenever I go i always feeling like I should put atleast £5-£10 since it is for charity! Thanks for your amazing work

Very friendly staff apart from the lady with red hair. Very rude to staff and customers. Was told if we were not buying anything to leave the shop after being in there for only a few minutes and on another occasion told my 3 year old that was singing in the shop to be quiet as she is giving her a headache!!!

Not made to feel welcome and due to this and more have now decided to donate to another shop who will be more grateful for donations and people spending money in the shop.

It's really not nice listening to this woman shout at other members of of staff whilst shopping....

Shocking!!!
