Excellent bargains for new home starters or wanting a cheap furnish. Real range of goods at good prices and helpful staff. Worth a visit if you don't mind pre-used goods.

I have furnished the whole house from BHF . Except the beds and mattresses , everything we got from here. Good stuffs and very clean.
Very kind and friendly team.
Delivery team gentlemen ,all of them exceptionally helpful.
I am more than happy with my purchases.
Giving money to a good cause, giving new life to old but good furniture .
Overall it's a good deal.

Rude member of staff. Asked for information about the item I was interested in .Answered with their back to me. The item was £10. Asked what the delivery charge was and was abruptly told £20 local. I only live 3 miles away from the shop. In my opinion £20 delivery is just plain greedy. I left the store.

Reason why im giving 3 stars is due too staff attitudes and lack of compliance however they have nice items but give you impression they doing you a favour except for 2 staff they stand round talking and manager needs too get the ship in order as there are good items but need a clean as for the delivery its too expensive as the guys just dump items anywhere and moan some are great others are uskess shame need manager whos not gaining numbers for head office

Good selection of furniture at great prices and reasonable delivery charge. Both delivery and store staff are helpful and professional. Would recommend for great deals and a good cause.

A charity shop that treats donates rudely and like they are doing you a favour.
Either cant be bothered or expect items donated from Harrods.
Understand items must meet H&S standards but a 1 cm mark on a solid wood item of furniture is seen as a reason to refuse (rudely) and not take. And as for "sorry we won't be able to sell a marble fire surround" pathetic.
Contact a charity that acts like one
