Wales Air Ambulance Charity Shop (Cwmdu)

Large warehouse size op shop with plenty of bargains. Clothing, bric a brac, furniture and some electrical. Great prices. Large spacious changing room. Friendly staff.

Full employed staff is arrogant and ignorant! Asking as example for some pounds of their sometimes extremely over priced DONATED items, they answer pathetic; It's a charity shop... How stupid is that! We have been many times there, but since staff FULL EMPLOYED staff changed, they have been become very arrogant and ignorant! Volunteers have no say in prices anyway. They are only used as cheap labour, earning the money for the full time employees!
Had a kids toy in my hand, at 4 pounds, and the staff in charge told me, she will not sell it to me, as she thinks it is too cheap..., and she has the "authority" to increase the price! (((WHAT???))). I definitely don't longer recommend this shop. Not for buying there and not for donations! As they cherry pick for them self! That has nothing to do with a charity shop! Its rather like a business with authority to arrogance!
We, the people who go there and buy, are often also those who donate FREE and feed the fat cat! If you need a FREE home clearance, try rather Gumtree (local) or choose smaller charity shops. Or get in contact with your local church!
Not this so called air ambulance "charity".

One of the best charity shops in Swansea. Always fair on price and staff are always polite, friendly, helpful and chatty. I enjoy a visit to this charity shop.

I've never come across such an obnoxious person I really think she needs to go on some sort of course on people skills, I would think a charity shop like Air Ambulance would have pleasant happy staff working for them.

Had a sofa & bedroom furniture delivered yesterday, the drivers were brilliant, it was a really difficult job trying to get the sofa in as I've in a flat but they were calm and very patient & got the sofa in,very nice & polite men a credit to your business, thank you very much

Always a pleasure shopping in here.
You can always find a little gem of excitement or a bargain for the kids.
Staff are very well mannered and polite. Love shopping in here and it's always a treat.

One of my favourite charity shops and of course the money goes to a very important life saving service. Love getting my furniture from here x
